We've been here quite a few times and have always loved our pizza! I always order take out, so I can't speak for their service, but their staff is always friendly, both over the phone and when I pick up my pie, I know I can always get a bunch of red pepper flake and parmesan packets! Their specialty pizzas are both creative and delicious! We've gotten their Muffuletta, Philly Cheesesteak, Sgt Pepper, Italian Club, The Krewe (formerly called Sweep the Floor, I personally am glad for the name change, the old name gave me unplesant mental images!), Bacon Cheeseburger, and Angry Pig pizzas, as well as the Deluxe Combination as a calzone, and have built our own pizzas, usually pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, and jalapeño. They have all been amazing! They also offer a gluten free crust for their medium (12 inch) pizza for only $1 more (Bringing the cost of a specialty to $15.99, and $10.49 for the starting price of the build your own 12 inch), which is great since I am super gluten sensitive, as is my son (I don't have celiac, so have never asked if they are prepared on seperate pans from the other doughs, although I've never had the pain I tend to get from cross contamination). You can also get a whole wheat dough for no extra charge. They offer a 20% military discount, and if you sign up for their emails, you will get a coupon for a free pizza for your birthday, good for a week before the date until the week after! I do wish they had some gluten free appetizers, maybe an option to get sliced veggies with the hummus and spinach artichoke dip, or making the meatball app gluten free. I'm not certain about the sauces for the wings (which are baked and not breaded), but would like to try them some time if they're gluten free!

Worst pasta!! I know -- it's a pizza place -- but it also has pasta on the menu. This pasta was GHASTLY!!! Pasta primavera -- it's supposed to be an alfredo type pasta sauce with fresh veggies. What I got was so dreadful it made me gag!!! The sauce was like watered down mushroom soup. The pasta was too soft, bordering and mushy. The veggies in it were basically a handful of the stuff they put on a veggie pizza. This was for an order to go -- meaning I wasn't at the restaurant to gag in their faces. If I'd been presented with such an awful dish in the restaurant I would have sent it back and/or demanded a refund and an apology from anyone who dared to call it "food." Once home with the awful pasta, I was nothing short of ticked off that I'd been charged $12 for something absolutely inedible. Cannot believe they sent that food out -- cannot believe I got home, ready for some comfort-food pasta and had to throw it down the garbage disposal!!! I also got a pizza in the to go order which was cold when picked up (evidently they're bad at estimating time to tell you to come and get an order). I've ordered to go from them before and it's sometimes good and sometimes only okay -- sorry but this experience leaves me sending your menu down my garbage disposal to never, ever use again!! They get one star only because the pizza was mostly edible.

The service is always slow and non-attentive (we once waited 10+ mins for our bill). However, the food is good, quick, and reasonably priced in a family atmosphere, so we typically come back and leave happy. I prefer the Calzones over the Pizza, but just about everything on the menu that we've tried so far is delicious. Also, be sure to sign up for their eClub, as you will find a lovely birthday surprise just like I did (free pizza - yum!)

The customer service is outstanding and the food was suprising very good. Had the pasta salad with chicken and was very satisfied. Definitely plan to come back and try out some of the lunch specials. One of the best chain restaurant experiences I've had in a while. Big plus it's a locally ran chain!

Really great food and service. Love this location! The manager Matt runs the place on a 5 Star level for sure. Made us feel welcome from the time we walked in tom the time we left. Great place to dine with family.

I could have sworn that I did this once already, but here we go again. First let me say that I had sworn off this place. I was upset that I got a pizza that was not what we ordered. I got a ridiculously flip response from the manager when I pointed this out. I was livid. But....My friend begged me to go with her to eat a salad so I did. The first visit back.......The food was good and I enjoyed it. However, the service was still a bit weak. The wait staff seemed to need constant reminding when I asked them for something. I had to request extra sauce 3 times. They brought me the wrong drink, and they had to confirm my order about 6 minutes after they asked me for it the first time. Now by this time, I would have thought the order should be almost ready...I was miffed. The second time, things went off without a hitch. The food was good, the service was prompt and I had no complaints. Zero. I can't anything about Rotolo's in Belle Chasse but they are A ok. Im going to keep the watchful eye on them though.

Real nice employees, who seem to actually care about the customers. The restaurant is very military friendly, which is really nice. The happy hour specials are great at buy one, get one free drinks and half price appetizers. Their food is good, I like the chalmette sticks. I also like that they have their calzones on special for $5.99 one day a week (can't remember what day, maybe Wednesdays). Overall, nice place with good specials if you go at the right time.

I appreciate their uniform discounts and gelato. Haven't tried their pizza , but unfortunately tried their pasta.( I had Shrimp Scampi and it was horrible- super oily, tons of oil, soaking wet in oils. Minimum to non spices, not even salty. My ordered kids menu item " Kid's Spaghetti Meatballs". There is a mistake in the name - it's a Meatball, single....one big fat meatball. (((

So I've tried Rotolo's inside the Superdome during Saints games and was NOT impressed. I think this was mainly due to the fact that it is made in advance and for the masses. So when Rotolo's opened down the street from me, I was hesitant to try it. However, every time I drove by, it was always packed. So last Friday we decided to deviate from the norm and order take out from Rotolos. We ordered a large supreme pizza (~20 dollars) and a basic pepperoni pizza (~15 dollars). Both were equally good actually to my surprise. The only thing I had a problem was with that there was too much sauce on the pizza which was a bit overwhelming. Besides, that a pretty decent pizza place and the location is a plus.

Great food! Always hot and fresh, so it takes a little while (15 minutes is the longest I've waited). Servers are attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Casual place with a good selection on the menu - everything from Cream of Artichoke soup to a "5 Pound Pizza." Definitely has something for everyone.

I've been wanting to try this place ever since it opened and especially because it's in the same plaza as the gym I go to. The food here is pretty decent and staff is really nice and friendly. There were a few things we ordered that I wouldn't recommend on getting, Pesto Ravioli appetizer &kid's Mac & Cheese. But what we ordered and really enjoyed were the "Sweep The Floor" Cheese Stix, Buffalo Wings, Honey Lime Cilantro Salad (add chicken), and Eggplant Parmesan. All were excellent and something we would order again. Pizza here is also really good...crust is nice and sauce is just right. If you're in the area stop by and grab a pizza!

I have been here once for lunch but it is a solid 4 star eatery. Reasons to go: 1) Food tastes good and has quality ingredients. 2) The staff is competent. Out waiter was also the bartender and handled duties well. 3) It is close enough to the naval base for lunch. 4) Good prices! 5) Sweep the Floor pizza or calzone is amazing :) Reasons to avoid: 1) Parking is in a lot with Asahi Sushi and a couple of smaller businesses. Prime eating times condense the lot and it is not conducive to large trucks 2) The location is across the bridge in the Plaquemines. Unless you're already in the area it may not be worth the time & money unless you are craving it.

I said I would come back here after I had given this place another go since I had only been once. Well, I've have now been back about 3 more times, lol! I love this place! The best part is that it's right up the road from us...so we know where we will be getting take out from on every pizza night for us!
